Reservations made via phone, e-mail, website (booking engine), are considered confirmed only after the confirmation e-mail is sent by the NOSTROMONDO® Staff.

The quote includes:

- Accommodation rate (price per night × number of nights)
- Final cleaning fee
- City taxers (€5 or €6 per person/night, depending on the type of apartment) and any applicable exemptions according to regulation

Any additional services are excluded and agreed separately.

2. Payments
For direct bookings, a non-refundable rate applies, with:

A deposit of 30–50% of the total rate (depending on the type of apartment chosen) upon confirmation
The balance due no later than 15 days before the check-in date

If payment is not received within 7 days of the request, NOSTROMONDO® reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

For last-minute bookings (less than 15 days before the check-in date), full payment in advance is required.

In case of cancellation, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

Final cleaning fees and the stay contribution are required upon arrival and are not due in case of cancellation.
