STRACULT HOUSE

This colorful apartment, located in the vibrant Appio-Latino neighborhood, sits on a quiet, well-served street just a short walk from Colli Albani metro station (Line A). The surrounding area, including Via Appia Nuova, is bustling with shops, supermarkets, bookstores, cinemas, and bazaars, and is also well connected by several bus lines.

Situated on the seventh and top floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is bright from the early morning hours, yet equipped with blackout curtains for a restful sleep.

The layout features a spacious living room with a large sofa that easily converts into a comfortable double bed; a bathroom with all amenities and a shower cabin; a charming double bedroom with a TV; and a small bedroom with a large single sofa bed and another TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine.

Guests will have access to fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes for extra comfort.

It’s less than 10 minutes by metro from Termini Station and 15 minutes from Rome’s historic center (Via Veneto, Villa Borghese, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and more).
